Batter Up
The NJ State Elks Batter Up Program is a terrific program for our youth and the future of baseball in our country. This Home Run hitting competition is extremely popular in our communities. There are three (3) sets of rules based upon Age categories based upon the child’s age on April 30 of the competing year, Boys and Girls League rules and a Challenger League Boys and Girls for children with special needs. Competitions are held at a local lodge level and competitors move to the regional and state competition levels based upon their performance.
More detailed information (manuals, pamphlets) can be found by clicking here. You can also contact the NJ State Elks District Region 1 Coordinator, William Chappell at 856-461-5051 or 856-220-8001.
Also feel free to contact Anna Robotti via email at arobotti@gmail.com. Anna is running the event for the Princeton Elks Lodge this year.
